If you're new to EU Issue Tracker, or even if you just want a quick refresher, you've come to the right place.
Discovery
EU Issue Tracker is the regulatory radar that notifies you of new initiatives by identifying risks and opportunities before they become formal proposals. Discovery new policy and get alerted as they are updated.
Browsing Categories
You can browse the EUIT platform by using the predefined categories and subcategories. On the left hand pane, click the category that best suits your interest. Next, click the subcategory to get more specific. Once chosen, you'll get the results of dossiers/documents that fall within those parameters. If you know the exact status of dossier/document that you'd like to locate, select the status at the top of the screen.
Keyword Search
If you want to find information and you're not quite sure which category it fits in, conduct a keyword search. In the search field at the top of the page, enter in a keyword and click the search icon to get a list of the dossiers and documents that are related to the keyword.
Advanced Search
If you have a little more information to get specific with your search results, use our Advanced Search. Click Advanced Search at the top of the page.
Monitor
In order to monitor and keep an eye out for importing updates on the information that means most to you and your team, subscribe to dossiers to receive update alerts via email notification.
Subscribing For Email Alerts
When you've found a dossier that you want to monitor, make sure to set up alerts to get notified when an update happens. While viewing the dossier, click the Alert Me link to the left of the History tab.
Managing and Unsubscribing From Email Alerts
When the time comes that you no longer need/wish to receive updates, you can always unsubscribe to a dossier. In the EUIT platform, click on My Alerts in the top right side of the screen.
Newsletters
Choose to subscribe to newsletters and you’ll receive a weekly e-mail with the new dossiers that we’ve added to our system. We pick up on future proposals long before the Commission presents them. As soon as we know, you know.
