How to contact the support team via Chat when you are not able to login

If you have forgotten your password or cannot log into https://app.euissuetracker.com/, you can use the "Chat option," which will connect you with the support team.

1. Click on the "Help option" at the bottom right corner of the page. Once you click on the Help option, a box will appear.

2. Fill in your name, email address, and the issue, and you'll be connected with a Support Team member.
